Purposes of processing
E.G.A. Emiliana Grandi Alberghi S.r.l. collects personal data such as, for example, identification data (first and last name, email, address) and browsing data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (IP addresses, URIs and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and IT environment).
In particular, such personal data are processed for:
A) Browsing the Website — fulfilment of contractual obligations, without the need for specific consent.
B) Compliance with obligations laid down by laws, regulations, European legislation or orders of the Authorities.
C) Sending commercial communications about promotions and/or other offers, subject to the user’s consent (except for communications about similar products/services already requested).
D) Profiling and preference analysis, subject to consent where required.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Your personal data are processed by specifically authorised staff of E.G.A. Emiliana Grandi Alberghi S.r.l. They may also be transmitted to third parties we rely on to provide our services (IT providers, financial operators, marketing companies, etc.), appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the EU Regulation.
Data may be disclosed to third parties in the event of extraordinary transactions, to the competent authorities where required by law, and to other Group companies established in the European Union. Data will not be disseminated or disclosed to third parties for their own promotional purposes.
Transfer of personal data outside the EU
As a rule, personal data are not transferred to countries outside the EU. Where some providers are based outside the EU and do not offer an adequate level of protection, the transfer will only take place in the presence of appropriate safeguards provided for by the Regulation.
Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the rights provided for by articles 15–22 of the Regulation (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing toamministrazione@ega-hospitality.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
